	Short Biography:
	He was raised by his grandmother from the age of two til she died when he was thirteen. He spent four years in foster care, bouncing from home to home until he decided enough was enough and ran away. At seventeen, he had nothing. He hadn't finished school, and had no skills to survive on. He had a bad temper that made it hard to hold down a job for long, and because he grew up without any kind of discipline, he didn't know how to follow orders. Joining the Yakuza helped him a lot. He finally had a family and people to look up to. It was hard at first for him to follow orders without talking back, but after many beatings and years, he finally learned the knack of holding his tongue. Now at 26, he follows orders without even thinking. He would do anything without batting an eye if he was ordered to do so by his boss. But even so, the years have gotten to him, and he seemed stressed and on edge at times. His boss, noticing this, decided to send him on a trip. So, he set it up for Sei to go Telmina, not hearing about the rumors about it, for a few weeks to relax and just have fun. Sei very, very reluctantly[it went so far that his boss had to order him to go] accepted, and feeling slightly rejected by his Kumichou, got on the boat and headed to the island. At first glance he doesn't look like much of a yakuza. He's tall and lanky, which most would assume would make him a little awkward. But he's not. He's fast and a lot more agile than most of his fellow yakuza members. Personality-wise, he's complex like every other human being. But usually he's quiet and reserved. He watches and observes people before he opens up to them. He doesn't like to smile because he's got the goofiest smile ever and he thinks it makes him look stupid. He still has a problem with his temper, but he's learned to harness it into his work. He's awkward around women and has a secret soft spot for small children and animals.
	Occupation:
	Seiichi collects money for the Yakuza. He goes around collecting debts that are owed to his boss by whatever means necessary. He is also a part-time mechanic at a garage owned by his boss that he[the boss] uses to take cars and strip them for parts.
